The Ginepro room is located on the ground floor with a large terrace and direct access to the garden.

It is finely furnished with a queen size bed and "dressed" with natural-colored Sardinian fabrics and green details to recall the color of the particular leaves of this austere centuries-old plant and the wonderful shapes of its woods. Juniper……

The beach and all the services, buses to the city, back, bars, supermarket, tennis, paddel, are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. The town of Pittulongu, famous for its beaches and for the unique view of the Island of Tavolara, is located near the airport and the port of Olbia, which can also be reached in a few minutes with a shuttle service that can be booked from the Structure.

Sardegna è New Rooms is a new, small and welcoming accommodation facility located near Olbia and a few steps from the Pittulongu beach and the Squalo beach, close to our Villas.

It consists of four independent rooms. The strategic position near the sea allows guests to spend a relaxing beach holiday without the need to use cars and other means.
